Assistant Administration Officer (Smoking Cessation and Counselling Services)

Job responsibilities

• Provide executive support to the time-limited Smoking Cessation and Counselling Program;
• Offer assistance to nurses in health assessments, smoking cessation counselling and education;
• Support daily operations, including data input, collection, and compile monthly statistics;
• Help in outreach and promotional activities;
• Any other clerical duties as assigned;
• Work five and a half days per week, flexible working hours may be required.

 

Requirements:-

• Diploma or above;
• At least 2 years of working experience;
• Exposure to health-related studies will be of preference;
• Competency in computer skills will be an advantage.
